对锥形血管中弹性管壁和血流的耦合运动进行了研究，应用解析方法和数值方法的混合求解，得到了定常流和振荡流两种不同状态下的压力分布。

The correlation problem between the blood flow and the mot ion of vessel wall in the tapered vessel is discussed in the paper, pressure distribution is obtained by means of analytic method and numerical computation. Discussion of the effects of tapered angle on the pressure distribution are emphasized.
