摘要
用Rheometrics RFS Ⅱ型流变仪对酵母渣泥的流变曲线(τ-γ)和粘弹性进行测试;结果显示酵母废渣具有一定的粘弹性,其τ-流变曲线有复杂的弯曲形状在25~35 ℃范围,当温度处于28~35 ℃区间时。
The rheological property (τ-γ curve) and vis coelasticity of sludge of waste yeast were measured by using rheometrics RFSⅡ rheometer. The results showed that the sludge had viscoelasticity and the rheological property of was curvable and was diffferent from all the time-independent fluids (Newtonian, pseudoplastic, dilatant, Bingham, yield pseudoplastic and yield dilatant). The temperature ranged from 25 ℃ to 35 ℃, especially ranged from 28 ℃ to 35 ℃, had significant effect on the rheological properties of the sludge, i.e., the apparent viscosity and elasticity increased with the temperature.
