摘要
利用多孔泡沫状PLA材料作为成骨细胞培养支架,并用壳聚糖与骨形成蛋白因子BMP复合物提供缓释功能。
In this work,we used a porous polylactic acid foam as a scaffold for bone cells cultivation,at the same time,the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) compounded with a highly deacetylated chitosan and formed a polyelectrolyte to control the release of BMP.All the results agreed to show that the complex scaffold materials had good effects on reducing bone cells proliferation.
