鸡大肠杆菌计数方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着养鸡业的迅速发展,大规模集约化肉鸡饲养小区的建设给防控带来了一定难度,大肠杆菌病成为造成肉鸡饲养业损失最大的疾病之一。由于大肠杆菌的血清型较多,当前治疗大肠杆菌病最有效的方法是通过药敏试验结果合理筛选药物。然而在进行药敏试验时,须进行大肠杆菌计数,如用计数器计数,需稀释染色且时间长;平板计数试验同样面临着费时的问题.
