摘要
以氯化铜为原料 ,采用沉淀法制备了 Cu2 ( OH) 3Cl- Cu O纳米粉体 ,并借助XRD、TEM及 IR等技术对粉体结构和催化活性进行了研究 .结果表明 ,粉体的最佳合成条件为 :Cu Cl2 浓度为 0 .5~ 3.0 mol/ L,Na OH浓度为 4.0~ 6 .0 mol/ L,反应液p H值为 8.0~ 9.0 ,蒸汽浴温度为 75~ 90℃ ,保温时间为 0 .5 h.其中反应液 p H值是控制粉体物相、粒子大小、形貌和催化活性的关键 .
Using CuCl 2 as raw matrelal, the title nanometeric powders have prepared by chemical precipitation. The structure and catalytic a ctivity of the powders been investigated by XRD, TEM and IR techniques respectiv ely. The results show that the most favorable conditions of preparing the powder s consist of CuCl 2 concentration 0.5~3.0mol/L, NaOH concentration 4.0~6.0 mo l/L, the pH value of reaction solution 8.0~9.0, the vapor-bath temperature 75~ 90℃,time 0.5h. The pH value is key factor which controls the phase, grain size, morphology and catalytic activity of nanometeric powders among the offective f actors.
