摘要
直流冲击波点焊装备主要用于锻造铝合金和防锈铝合金的点焊。为了提升该类装备的控制性能,介绍了直流冲击波点焊机的改造方案与相关技术,并对改造后的应用及其效果作了评价。
The DC pulsed wave spot welding machine modelled on former Soviet Union and produced by Shanghai Electric Welding Machine Factory has been used for aluminium structure spot welding in aerospace manufacturing.To improve its control ability,a reconstruction plan and relative techniligies are introduced in this paper.The result and comment after reconstruction are also discussed.
