摘要
随着电源需求的数字化、绿色化、高效化和多样化,高频逆变电源因其具有高效、节能、易控的特点成为新型电源的首选。高频变压器作为逆变电源的核心器件,其性能直接影响到电源的品质。根据高频变压器的工作原理,采用Ae觹Le作为主要控制参数综合AP法,详细论述了设计方法和设计步骤,最后针对TIG电源的需求特点,通过实例化设计,对设计方法进行验证。
As the power supply requirements of the green, efficient and diversfication, high frequency inverter power supply comes to be the first choice for new power supply because of its advantage in high efficiency,energy-saving and easy to control.High-frequency transformer is the core device of an inverter power supply.its performance directly affects the quality of the power supply.A design method for digital HF TIG power transformer is put forward and detailed design steps are analysed in this paper.
