摘要
简要回顾了三峡工程论证及初步设计阶段拟定的防洪任务及防洪调度方案。围绕三峡工程的防洪任务,研究了工程建成初期的防洪调度方式。主要针对现状长江中下游江湖行蓄洪水能力,分析了三峡工程对荆江补偿调度、对荆江兼顾对城陵矶补偿调度2种方案及其防洪作用。结果表明,对荆江补偿调度方式能发挥较好的防洪效用。确定了对城陵矶补偿调度方式的3部分防洪库容,为三峡工程防洪调度方式的研究提供了基础论据。
The flood control tasks and flood control operation modes in the demonstration and initial design stages of TGP are reviewed. Aiming at the flood control tasks of TGP, the flood control operation mode in the initial period after completion of TGP is studied. Two flood control measures, namely operation of TGP to compensate Jinjiang River and operation of TGP to compen- sate Jinjiang River and Chenglingji, are analyzed, so as their flood control roles, according to the current discharge and storage capacity of rivers and lakes in the middle and downstream of Yangtze River. The results show that the operation of TGP to com- pensate Jinjiang River can realize more satisfactory flood control efforts. 3 flood control reservoir capacities of TGP operation to compensate Chenglingji are determined, which provides basis for research of flood control operation mode of TGP.
