摘要
介绍了粉煤灰作为碾压混凝土的掺合料在水利水电工程大坝中的研究和应用现状,比较并说明了高掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土的技术优越性。通过实例分析了Ⅲ级粉煤灰应用的可能性,指出,只要选择合适粉煤灰掺量,优选外加剂品种和掺量,并优化混凝土配合比设计,就可以配制出满足设计要求的混凝土。研究结论对劣质粉煤灰的资源化利用有理论意义和实用价值。
The research and application situation of fly ash as the admixture in RCC dams of water resources and hydropower projects are introduced and the technological merit of RCC with high content fly ash is demonstrated. After a large amount of investigations, the possibility of using grade III fly ash in RCC was illustrated. It is pointed out that the qualified concrete can be developed just by choosing appropriate fly ash content, optimizing additive content and type, and improving the proportion design. The results give a theoretical basis for the resources utilization of low - grade fly ash.
