摘要
用凝聚法制成了含有阻滞剂的消炎痛微囊,体外溶出买验证明,微囊化能延缓药物释放加入适量的阻滞剂,控制合适的成囊条件可得到所需直径的微囊。微囊中药物溶出率与t^(1/2)为一线性方程,符合Higuchi释药方程。体内买验进一步证明。
Microcapsules of indomethacin cantaining a resis-
tor were preparted by gelatin coacervation. It was
proved that dissolution test in vitro and in vivo prolonged
the release of drug. The rate and t^(1/2) of dissolution of
drugs in microcapsules in line equation were fit in
Higuchi formula.Expected particle size of microcap-
sules was obtained.
