阿维菌素与吡虫啉混配对菜青虫的毒力测定

Toxicity Test of the Insecticide Mixture of Abamectin and Imidacloprid Against Pieris repae

为探索阿维菌素与吡虫啉混配对菜青虫的毒杀效果,采用喷雾法测定了不同浓度阿维菌素与吡虫啉混配对菜青虫的室内毒力。结果表明:阿维菌素与吡虫啉按容量比1∶1(有效成分比为9∶125)混合以后对菜青虫的共毒系数为163.3,明显大于100,表现出明显的增效作用。

In order to explore poisoning effect of insecticide mixture of abamectin and imidacloprid against P.repae,toxicity test of the insecticide mixture of abamectin and imidacloprid against P.repae were studied by spray method.The results showed that the co-toxicity coefficient of abamectin mixed with imidacloprid by volume ratio of 1∶1（active ingredient ratio of 9∶125） against P.repae was 163.3.It was significantly greater than 100,the mixed medicament showed an obvious synergies.
