摘要 基于亚硝酸根在酸性条件下对溴酸钾氧化偶氮胭脂红 B褪色的催化作用 ,建立了灵敏的催化光度测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法 .测定线性范围为 :0~ 0 .5 ug/ m L,检出限 0 .10 ug/ m L 方法灵敏简便 ,选择性好 ,用于测定水中痕量亚硝酸根 ,结果满意 . A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite was proposed.It is based on the catalyzed discoloring reaction of axocarmine B oxidized by potassium bromate in sulfuric acid medium.The linear range for nitrite is 0~ 0.5 ug/mL.The detection limit is 0.10ug/mL.The method is sensitive,simple with good selectivity.The method has been applied to the determination of trace nitrite in water samples with satisfactory resulte.
