农民工市民化过程中政府公共服务创新

Government Public Service in Citizenization of Peasant Workers

农民工市民化对于扩大消费拉动内需、统筹城乡和谐发展、实现资源的优化配置、构建社会主义和谐社会意义重大。由于长期以来人们认识的偏差、政府公共服务的滞后、农民工自身素质的欠缺等因素,导致农民工并没有真正融入城市而实现市民化。政府需要通过公共服务理念、组织、制度和财政的创新,切实把农民工市民化落到实处。

The citizenization of peasant workers is of great significance to expanding domestic demand, coordinating urban-rural development, realizing the optimization of social resources and constructing socialist harmonious society.However, due to the long-time epistemically warp, the lag of government public service and the lack of their own diathesis, peasant workers haven＇t melted into cities or realized citizenization. The government should implement the citizenization of peasant workers in real earnest by strengthening public service conceptions and the innovation of system, finance and organization~
