浅谈家庭旅馆的现状及其发展趋势

大多数游客选择在国家法定节假日期间出游,在这一特殊时期,商用旅馆供不应求;很多旅游者已不再简单地满足于走马观花式的旅游方式,更愿意深入到当地居民的生活中去,体验原汁原味的民俗风情,于是家庭旅馆应运而生。然而我国家庭旅馆业毕竟刚刚起步,大部分家庭旅馆没能充分体现地方特色,发挥其应有的吸引力,管理不严、制度不完善的问题也比较突出。针对家庭旅馆存在的问题,找出相应的解决措施,帮助其准确定位、树立品牌,得到更好的发展。

Most tourists choose to travel during national legal holidays when commercial hotels are in short supply. They would rather go into the lives of local people than just take a passing glance to experience the original folk customs. So family inns emerge. After all, most family inns just start so they can＇t reflect their local features and attraction. Moreover, the problems of loose management and imperfect system are outstanding. Aiming at these problems we should find out the relevant solving measures and help it locate accurately so the family inns have a broad developing perspective.
