摘要
在残数法的基础上,利用BFGS算法对血管外给药二室模型中的有关参数进行了优化。仿真实验结果表明:BFGS算法不仅计算精度较高,收敛速度较快,而且该算法对初始值的选取要求不高,可以更好地构造药代动力学的二室模型,具有一定的应用价值和经济效益.
BEGS algorithm is used to optimize the parameters on compartment model of extravascular ad- ministration based on feathering method. The experiment results indicate that the hybrid algorithm of BFGS al- gorithm and feathering method is a higher accuracy, faster convergence one, and the algorithm does not ask for much conditions in selecting the initial value. It can better construct the two--compartment model of pharmaco- kinetics and has a certain application value and economic benefits.
