摘要
某发电公司2台660 MW超临界直流锅炉出现水冷壁高温腐蚀现象,指出了导致水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的因素,对侧墙水冷壁烟气温度及成分进行了测试,分析了导致水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的原因并提出了预防措施。
The high-temperature corrosion occurred in the water walls of two 660 MW supercritical once-through boilers in a power generation company limited.The factors leading to high-temperature corrosion of the water wall were pointed out.The gas temperature and the chemical components of the gas in side wall of water wall were detected.The reasons of the high-temperature corrosion of water wall were analyzed;and the relevant preventive measures were proposed.
