摘要
研究了云母粉、硅微粉、石英粉和氧化锌四种填料以及脱氢和脱醇两种硫化体系对室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶室温力学性能和热空气老化性能的影响,确定以高强度脱氢型RTV硅橡胶基膏为基础、硅微粉为增硬填料、正硅酸乙酯为交联剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂制备高硬度高强度双组分脱醇型RTV硅橡胶。该硅橡胶的邵尔A硬度达到65度,拉伸强度5.4 MPa;经过300℃×168 h老化后,其拉伸强度为4.2 MPa,拉断伸长率为107%,综合性能稍优于RTV88。
The effect of four fillers, such as mica powder, silica powder, quartz powder, and zinc oxide as well as the dealcohol and dehydrogenation cure systems on the properties of RTV silicone rubber was studied. The two-component dealcohol RTV silicone rubber with high-hardness and high-strength was prepared with high-strength dehydrogenated RTV silicone rubber as the basic component, silica powder as the reinforcing filler, TEOS and dibutyhin dilaurate as the curing system. The resuhs showed that the materials achieved a hardness of 65 ( shore A hardness) and a tensile strength of 5.4 MPa. The cured silicon rubber achived a tensile strength 4. 2 MPa with the elongation over 100% and its comprehensive properties better than RTV88 after 300℃× 168 h aging.
