摘要 以搅拌床为反应器,采用一次加料法,待触体活化后采集各种反应温度下一定时间段内甲基氯硅烷混合单体的产量及组成数据,以活性、选择性、寿命为评价指标,建立起评价硅铜触体性能的方法;并在相同条件下用参照物料做对比试验,消除反应设备、试验条件、环境等因素对试验结果的影响。试验中发现,若温度太高或活化时间不够,触体活性、选择性均偏低;当触体活化后再升高温度,触体高温失活前不会对试验结果产生大的影响;相比而言,活化温度及时间对触体寿命的影响较小。试验过程中很难一次性设定适宜温度,故在触体活化过程中应采取逐步升温的方法对活化温度进行选取;活化时间以12~16 h为宜,当触体产率达到正常时方可进行采样。 Using the stirring bed as the reactor by one time charge, after activating the contacts, we collected the data of the methyl chlorosilane monomer output and its components under various reaction temperatures, the content of dimethyldichlorosilane ( using activity, selectivity, and lifetime as the evaluation indice) to establish a set of evaluation systems of silicon bronze contact. By contrast experiments under the same conditions, it eliminated the influence of equipment, conditions, and the environment on the test result. The experimental results showed that if the temperature was too high or the activation time was not long enough, the contact had low activity and selectivity. However, when the temperature was raised before the contact was activated, there was little effect on the result. In contrast, activation temperature and time had little impact on the lifetime of the contact. It was hard to set optimum temperature at one - time, so gradual heating was adopted in the acti- vation. The activation time was 12 - 16 hours when the production rate of contacts was stable prior to sampling.
