TiO_2/CNTs复合粒子的制备及其对风化煤氧解催化性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以自制碳纳米管(CNTs)为载体,采用液相化学沉积法制备了纳米级均匀负载的TiO2/CNTs复合粒子。采用TEM、XRD和FR-IR等手段对所得产物的形貌和晶相结构进行表征,并将所得样品作为风化煤硝酸氧解制备腐植酸的催化剂,结果表明:TiO2/CNTs复合粒子的催化性能明显优于单纯的CNTs和TiO2的催化性能,能显著提高腐植酸的产率,而且,所得腐殖酸的芳构化程度较低,分子量较小。 Evenly loaded TiO2/CNTs composite nanoparticles were prepared by liquid-phase chemical deposition.The shape,particle size and crystal structure of the prepared nanoparticles were investigated by using TEM,XRD and FT-IR techniques.And then CNTs,TiO2 and TiO2/CNTs were used as catalyst separately in the nitric acid oxido-degradation of Dongdu weathered coal,the results of catalytic test exhibit that TiO2/CNTs had better catalytic function on the nitric acid oxido-degradation of coal and could enhance the yield of hiumic acid obviously comparing with other catalysts.Also,TiO2/CNTs made aromatic structure degree lower of humic acid and could reduce molecular weight.
