摘要
根据营口港腹地钢铁产业的发展规划论证建设鲅鱼圈港区30万t级矿石码头的必要性;根据《海港总平面设计规范》的相关规定,分析世界现有大型矿石船队和鞍山本溪钢铁集团拟靠泊矿石船的具体情况,论证拟建矿石码头近、远期的设计船型;根据上述论证的成果,研究论证拟建矿石码头的最佳泊位长度。
According to the development planning of steel industry in Yingkou Port hinterland, argumentation is made for the necessity to construct Bayuquan Port Area 300,000 DWT Ore Terminal. According to the related content stipulated in Seaport General Layout Design Specification, analysis is made for the detail of international large-scale ore fleets and ore ships of Anshan-Benxi Steel Group, argumentation is also made to determine shortterm and long-term ship forms designed for the proposed ore terminal. The above argumentation result is used to study and demonstrate the optimum length of berth in the proposed ore terminal.
