7-羟基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮的新合成方法研究 被引量:2

A New Method for Synthesis of 7-Hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)-quinolinone

摘要 以间甲氧基苯胺和肉桂酰氯为原料,经N-酰化、分子内傅-克烃化和还原反应合成了7-羟基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮。此方法反应条件较温和,合成的目标产物产率较高,总收率达63%。各步产物结构经IR、1H NMR等表征。 7-Hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)-quinlinone was synthesized from 3-methoxyaniline and cinnamoyl chlorid via three-step reaction in 63% over all yields.The structure of the productsin each step were characterized by 1H NMR and IR spectra.
