摘要
介绍了一种新型硅烷偶联剂3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙酸环氧丙酯(以下简称为GMAS)的合成,对其结构进行了1HNMR、13C NMR及FT-IR表征,初步探索了其用于镀锌板与铝板表面处理的防腐性能,通过全反射红外法研究GMAS与铝板结合的模式。总之,GMAS有作为铝板表面处理剂的应用前景。
Oxiran-2-ylmethyl 4,4,4-trimethoxybutanoate(named as GMAS),a novel silane coupling agent,was synthesized,and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and FT-IR.The anti-corrosion effect of GMAS on metals such as aluminum and galvanized sheet was evaluated preliminary,and the binding mode between GMAS membrane and aluminum base was investigated using reflectance infrared radiation technology.In belief,GMAS would be a potential candidate as a pretreating agent on aluminum.
