铜与氟苯甲酰基硫脲的显色反应及应用

摘要 N,N-二乙基-N'-间氟苯甲酰基硫脲(HL)与铜的显色反应,结果表明,在pH 4.0的邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲体系中,铜(Ⅱ)与HL形成1∶3的蓝绿色水溶性络合物,其最大吸收峰位于303 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数∑303 nm=6.45×104L.mol-1.cm-1,铜含量在5~40μg/25 mL范围内服从比尔定律。应用于茶叶及人发分析,结果与已知值相符,回收率为93.5%及98.5%。 A reagent N,N-diethyl-N′-m-fluorobenzoyl thiourea(HL) was synthesized,and the reaction of HL and copper(II) color was studied.The results showed that copper(II) and HL formed a bluish green complex(1:3) in a buffer solution of potassium biphthalate at pH 4.0,its absorption maxima was 303 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity was 6.45×104 L·mol^-1·cm^-1.The copper content 5-40 μg/25 mL obeyed the Beer law.The proposed method was applied to the determination of tea and human hair,and the results obtained in the recovery test were 93.5% and 98.5%.
