丙交酯重结晶母液纯化后的成分分析

摘要 通过减压蒸馏对丙交酯重结晶后的母液进行纯化,压力为0.07~0.09 MPa,得到了浓度为95.4%的乙酸乙酯,对纯化后的馏分作红外光谱分析和气相色谱-质谱连用(GC-MS)检测,红外光谱分析结果表明,馏分中主要成分是乙酸乙酯,此外还含有少量的水,以及具有叔醇结构的化合物;通过GC-MS检测,进一步分析质谱图确定了馏分中所含的五元环化合物。 Ethyl acetate was used as the recrystallization solvent of lactide.Reduced pressure distillation was used to reclaim the solution which was obtained by recrystallizing lactide,and the pressure was 0.09~0.07 MPa.IR and GC-MS were used to test the fraction.It was found that there were two obvious peaks in the TIC.The two composition were separately ethyl acetate whose purity was 95.4% and a five-ring ester contained in alcohol structure was determined through MS analysis.
