摘要
对环境权的三种确认与保障方式进行了对比分析 ,证明了环境法是环境权最有效的确认和实施保障方式 ,并从国际法与国内法的领域对环境权的法律确认方式进行了全面的探讨。
The author makes a comparison between three kinds of affirmations in evironmental privilege and the insurance patterns and proves that the Law of Environmental Protection is the most effective.
