Combination of Diversified and Specialized Teaching to Promote Students' Core Competitive Power

分析了新形势下生物技术与生物工程本科专业人才培养所面临的普遍问题,以培养高素质应用型人才为导向,以提升学生就业核心竞争力为目标,以满足学生个性化需求和社会对人才需求为基础,构建多元化与特色化相结合的人才培养模式,并应用于两专业的教学实践。实践证明全面提升和实现了学生的创新能力、创业能力、就业能力、社会竞争能力。

The common problems faced by the biotechnology and bioengineering professional training in the new situation was analyzed.Taking the cultivation of high-quality,application-oriented as the orientation,the promotion of students employment core competitiveness as the goal,the students individual strengths was developed to meet students individual needs and social demand for qualified personnel as foundation,the construction of specialized and diversified teaching modes as the main way,it was applied to two professional teaching practice.The practice showed that the students ability of innovation,business,employment and society competitiveness were promoted comprehensively.
