天津市社区矫正工作的机制及对策研究

Study on Tianjin Community Correction Mechanism and Countermeasures

社区矫正是相对于传统的监禁刑而言的一种新型的刑罚处罚机制,同时也是社会管理创新的尝试,天津市社区矫正试点工作虽然开展较早,但是与其他省市相比较而言进展相对缓慢。通过对天津市社区矫正工作的基本状况、存在的问题所进行的归纳分析,提出了改进我市社区矫正工作现状的对策建议,以期为化解社会矛盾,构建社会主义和谐社会起到积极的作用。

Community correction as opposed to the traditional sentence of imprisonment is a new type of criminal punishment mechanism,which is an innovative attempt on social management. Tianjin Community Correctional Work carried out earlier, but relatively slower comparing with the situation in other provinces and cities. In this article, the author analyzed, and put forward suggestions to improve the status of the city community correction work which will play an important role in resolving social conflicts and building a socialist harmonious society.
