山莨菪碱在50例静脉肾盂造影中的应用价值

Application of Anisodaminum in 50 Cases of Intravenous Pyelography

本文将50例使用654-2的静脉肾盂造影(即低张法IVP)同对照组进行比较,探讨654-2对静脉肾盂造影的影响。结果表明654-2在IVP中有较高的使用价值,该药能明显提高IVP质量,并能大大减少或减轻造影剂副反应。另外,本文也初步分析了654-2对造影剂的其他副反应的影响。我们认为低张法IVP较头低足高位法和传统的压迫法的IVP优越。

An attempt to explore the functions of anisodaminum (654-2) in intra- venous pyelography (IVP) , IVP with 654-2 (IVP of low-tension) in fifty cases are compared with the control group. The results show that 654-2 is of great value in IVP. The quality of IVP is improved and the side-effects of the contrast medium, such as nausea, vomiting, etc, are decreased and alleviated. The authors had a preliminary analysis about the influence of 654- 2 upon the other side-effects of the contrast medium, which indicates that the IVP of low-tension is better than the IVP of lower head higher feet pos- ture and IVP of compression.
