摘要
观察了不同pH值的溶液中宽口光唇鱼精子活力的变化 ,结果表明 ,宽口光唇鱼精子对溶液碱性的适应能力较强 ,在pH8.6溶液中仍可保持很长寿命 ,在pH8.0 6时激烈及快速运动持续时间最长 ;在pH7.6以下 ,随pH值的降低 。
The varition of the spermatic vitality of Acrossochilus Monticola in different H + concentration solutions is observed. The result shows: the spermatids of Acrossochilus Monticola adapt well to the basic condition, and they remain the long life span in pH8.6 condition and the longest violent movement time in pH8.06 condition. When the pH value of solution is pH7.6 and below, both the activity and the life span of spermatids reduce with the decreasing of pH value.
