摘要
师生关系本质上是人与人的关系,我们只需要按照处理正常的人与人的关系的原则来对待师生关系,应该不会带来太大的困惑。但师生关系又有它的特殊性,因为它毕竟是成年人和未成年人之间的交往,必定存在着思维方式的差异,所以在现实的教育活动中,不良的师生关系给我们的教育工作带来了很多的负面影响,给我们实现教育目的带来了不必要的曲折。从历史的角度纵向解读师生关系的演变历程,再结合现在教育活动的经验,可以从人权、责任、情感三个方面来具体分析师生关系。
The relationship between teachers and students is essentially the relationship between human beings.If we deal with the relationship according to the principles of treating the normal human relationship,it may not bring us too much confusion.Since the relationship between teachers and students is the relationship between adults and minors,it has its particularity.As a result,there must be thinking difference.Therefore,in practical education activities,unfriendly relationship between teachers and students brings a lot of negative effects to our education works,bringing some unnecessary twists and turns in achieving our education objectives.Analyzing the evolution of the relationship between teachers and students longitudinally from historical angle and combining nowadays education activity experience,we can analyze teacher-student relationship in detail from human rights,responsibility and emotion.
