It is an important part of a soil test to determine the liquid and plastic limits of cohesive soil. This paper introduces a computer program, developed on the platform of VB, to calculate and chart liquid and plastic limits. This program has a simple and friendly interface,capable of high-speed and high-accuracy calculation and high-clarity charting.
