编纂好《民营经济志》的几点认识——兼及《江苏省志·民营经济志》的编修

A Few Thoughts on Well-compiled Private Economy Records-Taking Jiangsu Provincial Records·Private Economy Records as an Example

民营经济是在我国经济体制改革和社会主义市场经济的深入发展中应运而生的一个具有中国特色的经济概念和经济范畴。《江苏省志(1978～2008)》专设《民营经济志》,既是首轮省志的必要补充,又反映了江苏民营经济的特点。在指出民营经济志和行业志、民营经济志和部门志、民营经济志和综合性志书区别的基础上,指出编纂《民营经济志》要把握好几个问题:着力在"专"上下功夫;突出民营主体;彰显地方特色;重点把握改革开放30年来江苏民营经济发展历程;处理好重复交叉问题等。

Private economy is a concept and category in economy with Chinese characteristics that was born at a historic moment along with the further development of economic structural reform and socialist market economy in our country. The special set-up of Private Economy Records in Jiangsu Provincial Records (1978-2008) is not only a necessary supplement to first-round provincial records, but also a reflection of the characteristics of private economy in Jiangsu. This article, on basis of pointing out the differences between private economy records and industrial records, private economy records and departmental records, private economy records and comprehensive records, also highlighted several issues that should be well handled in the compilation of private economy records: making greater efforts in specialty; highlighting the main body of private economy; portraying local characteristics; focusing on the development process of Jiangsu private economy in 30 years of reform and opening up; and properly dealing with the problem of repetition and overlapping.
