LG163井旋转套管固井技术

摘要 旋转套管固井技术能够有效提高水泥浆的顶替效率,从而提高固井质量。但其施工存在较大风险,主要是套管悬挂器在旋转中会受到磨损,容易造成套管悬挂器不能有效密封、座挂。LG地区163井在须家河地层井深H2370m下Φ177mm套管固井,采取旋转套管固井技术,通过认真通井,强化套管串设计,保证了套管顺利下入。在联顶节与套管悬挂器之间加装扶正器,保证了套管悬挂器与套管头的有效密封。注水泥作业中控制套管旋转扭矩,确保了施`工安全。在LG地区163井首次应用旋转套管固井,固井质量合格,优质率达73.50%,为川渝地区推广应用旋转套管固井积累了经验。 Rotating casing cementing technology can increase effectively the displacement efficiency of slurry,thus raising the cementing quality.But there exists high risk.The casing hanger may be worn in rotation leading to ineffective seal.Casing of Ф177mm is adopted for cementing of LG163 well at the depth of 2370m of Xujiahe Formation.By this technology,the drifting and casing string design,casing running can be completed successfully.By a centralizer installed between landing joint and casing hanger,the hanger and casing head can be effectively sealed.By the control of casing rotating torque,the construction safety can be ensured.Its first application to LG163 well indicates that the cementing is qualified and the high quality ratio reaches 73.5%.It has been widely used in Sichuan and Chongqing areas.
