摘要
通过实验和分析表明,丁苯胶乳水泥浆体系优化的胶乳水泥浆配方弹性模量相比素浆降低42%,抗折强度提高28.2%,冲击韧性提高27.5%。较常规水泥浆在防窜性能、力学性能上均有大幅度提高。在塔河油田的应用取得良好效果。
By experiment and analysis,it is shown that the elastic modulus of latex cement slurry formula optimized by styrene-butadiene latex cement slurry system decreases by 42% compared with that of cement,and the flexural strength increases by 28.2% and impact toughness by 27.5%.It is greatly improved in anti-channeling and mechanical performances,compared with the conventional cement slurry.A good result has been obtained in its application to Tahe oilfield.
