与非学历教育融合的专业建设实践探索——以小企业管理专业为例

学历教育与非学历教育走向融合是高等教育大众化发展的必然结果。如何推进学历教育与非学历教育的沟通是一项重要的课题。非学历教育具有广阔的市场前景,为了探索学历教育和非学历教育之间的接轨和融合,四川广播电视大学从专业设计和学分管理的角度入手,选择小企业管理专业进行试点,通过设计职业能力、确定课程目标、选择教学模式、设计课程体系,探索同时适合学历教育和非学历教育学生所需要的课程资源。在推进学历教育与非学历教育融合的过程中,应重视建设优质适用的教学资源,应通过尝试建立校内"学分银行"实现学历与非学历学分的转换,并通过试点经验促进相关政策的调整。

The popularization development of higher educaiton inevitably leads to the integration of diploma education with non-diploma educaiton. There natuaUy emerges an important issue of how to promote the communication between two education styles. It is observed that non-diploma education has a promising market prospect. In order to make explorations on the integration between diploma education with non-diploma educaiton, SCRTVU has conducted a pilot program on the specialty of Small Business Management from the perspective of specialty de^ign and credit management. With the aim to meet the demands of students from diploma education and non-diploma educaiton, course resources should be constructed from the angle of designing professional competence, determining curriculum objectives, choosing teaching mode and designing curriculum system. During the progress of integrating diploma education with non-diploma education, some measures are proposed as follows in the article： much importance should be attached to the construciton of high quality and applicable course resources; the credit of diploma education can be exchanged with the credit of non-diploma education by establishing a university-run credit bank; constant adjustments of relevant regulations should be made in line with experiences obtained in the pilot program.
