摘要 实验研究了废旧锂离子电池再生过程中铝资源回收工艺,考察不同氢氧化钠用量、液固比及浸出段数对铝浸出率的影响。结果表明氢氧化钠用量为理论值1.3倍、液固比为4、选用两段浸出,铝浸出率可达到98.6%;在pH值为8的条件下,氢氧化铝的沉淀率为99.8%。 The technology of recovering aluminum from spent Li-ion batteries was studied in this paper.The influence of different operation parameters was investigated,such as the amount of NaOH,the ratio of liquid to solid,and the leaching sections.The results indicated that,when the amount of NaOH was 1.3 times of stoichiometric ratio,the ratio of liquid to solid was 4,and 2-section leaching was used,the aluminum leaching rate was 98.6%.At pH 8,99.8% of alumina could be deposited from the leaching solution.
