醛固酮对H9C2细胞的诱导作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨醛固酮对H9C2细胞凋亡的诱导作用。方法以培养的H9C2细胞为模型,观察100nmol/L醛固酮刺激H9C2细胞后3、6、12、24、48 h后盐皮质激素受体(MR)的表达情况、丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和Caspase-3、-8、-9的活性变化。结果醛固酮刺激H9C2细胞3 h开始,MR表达增高,6 h达高峰。TBARS法检测结果显示,醛固酮刺激后MDA含量在3 h开始增高,24 h达高峰。而SOD活性在醛固酮刺激后逐渐下降,24 h达最低。Caspase-3、-8、-9的活性在在醛固酮刺激后逐渐升高,24 h达高峰。与无醛固酮刺激的对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醛固酮刺激H9C2细胞后,通过与MR结合诱导氧化应激导致细胞凋亡。
