厦门西港沉积物中有机氯化合物对碱性磷酸酶活力的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 厦门西港沉积物中碱性磷酸酶 (AL Pase)活力水平的研究已表明 ,ALPase在沉积物磷转化过程中起了一定的作用 .为了进一步研究沉积物中有机氯化合物对 ALPase活力的影响 ,对厦门西港沉积物中 AL Pase活力和 HCHs、DDTs、PCBs的含量进行了同步检测 ,结果表明厦门西港沉积物中除了个别站位有机氯化合物含量较高外 ,整体上有机氯化合物的污染并不明显 ,因而对 AL Pase的影响也较低 .但在有机氯化合物污染较重的站位 ,其对 ALPase活力的影响呈明显的抑制效应 . The results of the study on Alkaline Phosphatase activity in sediments of Xiamen Western Sea showed that ALPase might play an important role in the release of phosphorus from sediment. In order to further investigate whether organochlorinated compounds in sediment would effect ALPase activity or not, the ALPase activity and the concentration of the organochlorinated compounds such as HCHs, DDTs and PCBs in the sediment samples were determined. The results showed that the relationship of the HCHs, DDTs or PCBs with ALPase was poor in most monitoring stations because of the low level organochlorinated compounds pollution. But in a few station where the concentration of HCHs, DDTs or PCBs was much higher, the inhibition of organochlorinated compounds on ALPase was found.
