心-踝血管指数的影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨广州地区人群的心-踝血管指数(cardio-ankle vascular index,CAVI)影响因素。方法总共搜集了1 110个广州常住人口的体检数据,包括年龄、性别、血压、脉压差、心率、血糖、血脂、体质指数(BMI)、踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)以及CAVI等,将男女各分为5个年龄段(分别是<30岁、30~39岁、40~49岁、50~59岁、≥60岁)。结果男女组间年龄和脉压差差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血压、血糖、BMI、心率、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、ABI及CAVI等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,不管是男性组还是女性组,年龄(P<0.001)和BMI(P<0.001)是CAVI的重要影响因素。另外,在女性组中脉压(PP)(P<0.001)、TG(P=0.003)和ABI(P=0.009)也是CAVI的影响因素。结论年龄和BMI是CAVI的重要影响因素,可见,控制体重是预防心脑血管病的重要措施。
