Rescue of 17 Cases with Serious Guillain-Barre Synidrome by Traeheotomy and Respirators

本文对气管切开及人工呼吸机抢救的19例重型格林-巴利综合征进行了回顾性分析。结合临床及实验室检查对气管切开的重要性、切开指征、术后监护及如何合理选用呼吸机进行了讨论。

This report gives a clinical analysis of rescue of 17 cases with serious Guillain-Barre syndrome by tracheotomy and respirators. Tracheotomy and using respirators can greatly reduce the death rate of Guillain-Barre syndrome with respiratory paralysis. Having a profound grasp of the indications of tracheotomy is a key link in treating patients. Before tracheotomy, sickrooms and medical appliances, especially respirators, must be sterilized strictly. After tracheotomy, patients' respiratory tracts must be moistened enough and efficiently in order to keep patients' respiratory tracts unobstructed. How to choose respirators reason- ably is also discussed.
