GSK-3β参与心肌缺血中细胞程序性死亡的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 细胞程序性死亡分为3种类型:1型为凋亡,2型为自噬,3型为坏死。线粒体在细胞程序性死亡中具有重要作用,它不仅是细胞的能量中心,而且是细胞存活和死亡的决定性因素。内源性和外源性的因素(如缺血再灌注、细胞毒细胞因子类和癌症化疗)可以损伤线粒体功能和以线粒体为平台的信号通路。缺血导致线粒体生产ATP的能力下降,进而导致细胞活力下降、细胞毒性代谢产物聚集。经过缺血期的处理,线粒体通透性转变孔(mPTP)在再灌注期间开放,
