摘要
T波电交替(T wave alternans,TWA)是指在规整的心律时,体表心电图上同一导联T波形态、极性和振幅的逐搏交替变化,逐搏T波振幅相差大于1 mm(伴有QT或不伴有QT间期的延长)。这种心电现象主要存在于长QT综合征、心脏性猝死(sudden cardiac death)、急性心肌梗死、扩张型心肌病以及电解质紊乱等患者中。TWA在临床中与室性心律失常联系较常见,被预测其独立因子。
