糖尿病性骨质疏松及骨质疏松性骨折相关危险因素的研究进展被引量：1

摘要糖尿病性骨质疏松是糖尿病在骨骼系统的重要并发症之一。低骨密度值、胰岛素缺乏、胰岛素样生长因子-1减少、晚期糖基化终末产物积聚、糖尿病慢性并发症的发生和某些降糖药物的使用是糖尿病性骨质疏松及骨质疏松性骨折发生的主要危险因素。近年来,GLP-1受体激动剂和二肽基肽酶-Ⅳ抑制剂对骨代谢的影响成为糖尿病性骨质疏松研究的热点。
