摘要
目的:探讨新疆高中学生的心理健康现状,为开展中学生心理健康教育提供一定的依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对新疆862名高中生进行调查,并与全国青少年常模进行对比分析。结果:高中学生SCL-90总分均值与常模比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);女生的焦虑、抑郁和恐怖因子得分高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);重点班高中生在人际关系敏感因子分上得分高于普通班,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);石河子市的高中生在总均分、强迫、人际关系敏感及恐怖因子得分高于乌鲁木齐的学生,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:新疆高中生心理健康水平相对偏低,应采取有效的措施,加强该地区高中生的心理健康教育工作。
Objective: To learn psychological health states of senior high school students in Xinjiang province in or- der to provide basis for developing psychological health educations in middle school students. Methods: 862 senior high school students from Xinjiang province were administered a symptom complex list of 90 items ( SCL-90), and were com- pared with the norm. Results:There was very significant difference in the mean of all scales'scores between the students and norm( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; there were significant differences in part scales'scores between different classes and gender as well as the shihezi and urumqi ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The psychological health levels of the senior high school students in Xinjiang region are relatively lower, so directional comprehend measures must be adopted to enhance psychological health education in the senior high school students.
