摘要
:介绍了 R80 1新一代全程机械式调速器的主要结构特点和工作原理 ,运用三维实体造型的手段精确计算了对调速特性有重要影响的飞锤体积、惯性矩等参数 ,并在此基础上建立了飞锤升程模型和调速机构运动模型 .改变了以往纯粹靠实验获取调速器调速特性的方法 ,从理论建模的角度对 R80 1调速器进行了调速特性的仿真 ,并讨论了不同限位凸轮型线对调速特性的影响 .实验验证表明 ,该模型可以较为准确地预测 R80 1调速器的调速特性 ,对限位凸轮型线的选配有较好的指导作用 。
The structure and working principle of a new generation of variable speed governor R801 was briefly introduced. The flyweight's parameters such as volume and moment of inertia etc, which have most effect on governing characteristic were accurately calculated by three dimension solid modeling, and on the basis of this, the mathematical models for the lift of flyweight and the movement of governor were built in a meticulous way. Instead of using traditional method that depends on experiment wholly to get the governing characteristic, the operating characteristic of R801 governor was simulated by mathematical models, and the effects of different profiles of limit cam on the governor's operating characteristic were discussed also. The experimental verification shows that the model can predict the governing characteristic of R801 governor closely, and it can instruct how to match limit cam with governor, furthermore, the method of this paper can be used for reference to other governors.
