摘要
针对宝山钢铁 (集团 )公司低压蒸汽管网三期改造工程 ,进行了热网计算机实时仿真 .将热网结构归纳并抽象为“节点”和“管段”两大类管网元素 ,简化构成数据结构体 .用基本物理定律得出控制方程组 ,通过与克希荷夫定律类比的方法建立了仿真数学模型 .求解中采取适当的排除伪根的措施和收敛速度快、精确度高的迭代求解方法 .投入在线运行 ,达到了数学仿真模型的计算时间≤30 s;计算迭代误差≤ 5%;数据更新周期≤ 45s的预定要求 .CRT实时显示 ,宝钢 35.71
The simulation mathematics model of oversize heat network in Baoshan Steel(Group) Co. was presented for displaying the steam current and pressure distribution on CRT of energy center. The complex heat network structure would be simplified into “joint” and “tube”, and which constitute “data structure” respectively in program. The simulation mathematics model was completed using the control equations educed from basic physics laws and analogy method of Kirchhoff's laws. In solving the equations, the suitable methods should be taken for eliminating pseudo root solution and the iterative computing method with quick convergence and high accuracy was used. So, the simulation velocity and exactitude could achieve the predetermined targets in on line operation: calculating time ≤30 s, the iterative error ≤5%, the period of data's changing ≤45 s. That meets the requirement of real time displaying on CRT.
