摘要
新型金属管混凝土长柱构件稳定性是必须要考虑的一个重要问题。根据高强钢的初始缺陷小于普通钢材,给出了高强钢管混凝土的稳定系数计算公式及常用高强钢管混凝土柱的稳定系数表。由于不锈钢应力-应变曲线没有明显的屈服点和屈服平台,及其弹性模量略小于普通钢材,给出了不锈钢管混凝土柱的稳定系数计算公式及常用的稳定系数表。根据铝合金结构设计规范中铝合金结构稳定系数的计算公式,考虑"统一性"原理,给出了铝合金管混凝土柱的稳定系数计算公式及常用的稳定系数表。并通过有限元模拟结果验证了3种金属管混凝土稳定系数计算公式的正确性。
The stability of the new-type concrete filled metal tube(CFMT)long columns is an important issue that has to be taken into consideration. This paper brings forward the stability factor formula and tables of concrete filled high strength steel tube(CFHST),concrete filled stainless steel tube(CFSST)and concrete filled aluminum alloy tube(CFAAT)on the basis of the lower initial imperfection of high-strength steel compared with common steel, considering no obvious yield point and yield plateau and much smaller elasticity modulus in the stress strain curve of stainless steel,and using the stability factor formula in the Code for Design of Aluminum Alloy Structure. The corrections of the stability coefficient formula of all three concrete filled metal tube(CFMT)are verified with the simulating results of finite element method(FEM).
