The Communist Party as the ruling Party is the choice of the history and the people. Improving the quality of the ruling Party is the requirement of the times and the people. The construction of a harmonious society requires that Party members should be full aware of the urgency and necessity to enhance their quality of political theory, morality, knowledge and management ability to meet the challenge of the complicated world.
