摘要
乌灵参是四川、云南等地著名补气中药。但由于天然乌灵参生长在地下2~3m,难以采集,产量低,为解决药源,现已成功地进行深层发酵培养。本文着重就天然乌灵参和乌灵参深层发酵物及其提取的多糖的化学成分进行了初步定量和定性比较研究。实验表明,乌灵参发酵物及其多糖的化学成分,在诸方面均优于天然乌灵参,为乌灵参发酵物及其提取的多糖产品质量提供了科学依据。
Xylaria nigripes of xylariaceae is a wellknowtonic, especially its sclerotia, which occurs in thetermite nest and is rare in the nature. To providescientific basis for industry production by submergedculture technique, chemical constituents of Xylarianigripes in nature and in submerged culture myceliawere compared. Both of them consist of aminoacids, carbohydrade, vitamins and rare elements.The results showed that the submerged culturemycelia are better than Xylaria nigripes in nature
