The reason why secondary specialized schools are in a difficult position is not because it has accomplished its historical mission but because it cannot adapt its educating go to the needs of the times,which was established at the beginning of New China for economic development. Thus,the only way out of its difficulty is to develop its own market to educate talented persons in today's tuleat competting situation.
